Why Wizkid Can Go 3 Years Without A Song And Still Stay Relevant – VJ Adams

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Popular Disc Jockey, VJ Adams, has stated that Nigerian singer, Wizkid can afford to stay three years without releasing a song and still remain relevant.

VJ Adams in a chat with TVC talked about Wizkid’s 2022 achievement.

“Starboy [is] number one. He’s one of those artists who can go two to three years without a record and he would still be Starboy. Not a lot of people can do that,” the media personality said.

He added: “A lot of people have to drop records continuously to maintain relevance.

“Starboy did three nights at the O2. That’s Starboy. He’s a big deal.”

African Examiner recalls that Wizkid released his fifth album ‘MLLE’ last November. The 13-track project features Skepta, Ayra Starr, Naira Marley, Skillibeng, Sheen Sea, and Don Toliver.
