US Election 2016: Trump Rushed Off Stage Over Alleged Gun Scare
Latest Headlines, U.S./Canada, World News Sunday, November 6th, 2016BALTIMORE, MD (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Republican candidate Mr. Donald Trump was rushed off stage by security officers during an election campaign address in Reno, Nevada.
The gun scare came less than three days to the final election.
The suspect (protester) Austyn Crites, was escorted out by police. However, Crites explained that he was only holding up a banner, not a gun. He indicated that he had someone yelling about gun; heard a sign of gun, but not a gun.
Minutes later, Trump returned to the auditorium to address the audience.
Ever since FBI Director, James Comey bombshell last week on Mrs. Hillary Clinton investigation on email use, the Democratic candidate’s lead has been permanently dwindling.
New Hampshire, which is one of the states that had proven to be durably blue over the past few months, now appears to be a toss-up.
In the meantime, both Mrs. Clinton and President Barack Obama are planning last-minute trips there to shore up support. Michigan, which was a 10-point win for Mr. Obama in 2012, is also looking dicey for the Democrats.
Pundits posited that if Mr. Trump managed to break the Democratic lock on one of those states, then, Mrs. Clinton will have to prevail in one or more of the toss-ups on the map.
However, it was observed that Clinton was in the lead there is some good news to be found in early voting results.
