Two Boko Haram Terrorists Killed, Weapons, Supplies Discovered In Sambisa Forest

BALTIMORE, MD (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – The Nigerian troops have launched more offensives on Sambisa forest, Borno State, North East, the latest move leading to killing of two suspected Boko Haram terrorists and seizure of many weapons and supplies.
Defence Headquarters (DHQ) revealed Thursday that troops laid ambush at the insurgents’ crossing point into Sambisa Forest at Iza, and were subsequently engaged, thus eventually succumbed to the superior firepower of soldiers.
At the end of the operation, DHQ confirmed “two terrorists were killed, some abandoned their supplies and fled, one general purpose machine gun and one AK47 rifle were captured”.
