Troops, Police, Arrest Two Of Wanted Suspected Terrorists’ Leaders In Borno
Latest Headlines, News Thursday, November 19th, 2015The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) confirms Wednesday that troops of 101 Task Force Battalion, 7 Division Garrison, along Lagos Street Maiduguri, Borno State, have arrested another “declared wanted” Boko Haram terrorists leader, named Abubakar Sadiq.
The suspect who was nabbed Tuesday, the Military indicated works as a night watchman for one Muhammad Daggash.
DHQ disclosed that a closer look at him, indicated that he was the suspect number 28 among the suspected Boko Haram terrorists already declared wanted by the Nigerian Army last month.
In a related development, the Borno State Command of the Nigeria Police has arrested another suspected Boko Haram kingpin, identified as Mohammed Usman, at Abuja Talakawa Ward of Maiduguri metropolis, Borno state also Tuesday.
The suspect, the Military stated marches the photograph of suspect Number 40 on the poster containing the photographs of the 100 wanted suspected Boko Haram terrorists. He was said to be arrested after a stressful tracking by the Police.
