Stephen Keshi Loses Burkina Fasso Coaching Job
Latest Headlines, News, Sports News Wednesday, February 25th, 2015At last, Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi, has lost in his bid to be engaged the Chief Coach of the Burkina Faso National team.
The 2013 AFCON winner, Wednesday lost to another top contender, a 61 years old German, Genort Rohr, who now replaces the former handler, Paul Put.
The controversial Keshi, was generally speculated to be highly favoured, due to age and experience.
However, his managerial role made the Burkinabe Football Federation decided against engaging him as the country’s national team, despite preference for him, by Burkinabe Federation’s President, Col. Sita Sangare.
Keshi’s loss in Burkina Faso may likely pave way for an elaborate negotiation between him and NFF, as he has before the latest development deeply involved in talks for an out of the shore new coaching career.
