Heyward-Bey, Colts Receiver to Miss Play Off
- Updated: January 11, 2014
Colts’ receiver Heyward-Bey will miss today’s playoff at New England after suffering a hamstring injury that prevented him from taking part in Friday’s training.
Coach Chuck Pagano, who made this known said Heyward-Bey would miss a week. The coach added that former New England receiver Deon Branch was signed to help fill the void.
However, good news is that backup linebacker Josh McNary and safety Laron Landry are listed as probables. Both were diagnosed with concussions in last weekend’s historic 45-44 victory over Kansas City.
