Kroos Agent Refuse To Deny United Rumour

A representative of Toni Kroos has refused to deny stories linking the player with a move to Manchester United, despite stating that he believes the Bayern Munich midfielder will remain with Die Roten this summer.

Reports say Kroos keen on moving to Old Trafford, with the Reds prepared to spend £40million and offer a mammoth contract to get their man.

Kroos current deal with Bayern has just over 14 months to run, but negotiations over an extension have stalled, strengthening United’s resolve.

Additionally, the Germany intenational has told team-mates and friends that he wants to move to the Premier League having grown tired of playing second fiddle to Bastian Schweinsteiger in the Bavarians midfield.

The two clubs meet in the Champions League Tuesday, and ahead of the clash between the two at the Allianz Arena, Kroos’ representative Volker Struth has sought to cool speculation over his client’s future.

“For months we’ve been hearing all kinds of rumours, and we won’t comment on them,”  Struth said.
