Liverpool Ready To Use Reina As Bait In Deal For Duo
- Updated: March 30, 2014
Liverpool will try to use Pepe Reina as bait in their bid to land Swiss pair Gokhan Inler and Valon Behrami this summer.
According to reports in their homeland, the Napoli midfielders are wanted on Merseyside and Sunday People Sport understands Reina will be key to any deal.
The Spanish stopper has been on loan at former Reds boss Rafa Benitez’s Napoli side this season and the Italian club want to make his move permanent.
The Anfield giants value Reina at around £6.5million, with Inler and Behrami jointly rated at £15m.
Talks between the two clubs are predicted for the end of the season to see if a deal can be struck.
