Six Days After, Abducted Singer Ado Daukaka Regains Freedom
Entertainment News, Featured, Latest Headlines Friday, July 1st, 2016ADAMAWA, NIGERIA (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Abducted Adamawa-based Hausa singer Ado Daukaka, has regained his freedom.
Daukaka who was abducted six days ago in Yola the Adamawa State capital, recently accused the State government officials as well as elected representatives of corruption.
Narrating how he was freed, Daukaka disclosed that he was abandoned in a bush near Lafiya-Lamurde village, over 80 kilometres distance from Yola.
He added that the armed abductors threatened and warned him to distance himself from political issues.
On their destination, Daukaka indicated that the abductors claimed to be prospective patrons from Kano, confirming that they listened to his political song and wanted him to do same for them
