Professor Efeotor who is the Vice Chancellor of Federal University of Petroleum Resources, was called repeatedly by the INEC Chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega to get his figures correctly, as the Don kept contradicting himself.
At a point, Professor Jega interjected and said, he was reading from his head and not from the figures recorded, the situation which forced the collation anchor-man to provide phones with touch light which was not sufficient, until a big lamp was provided but also failed to help out.
The entire hall burst into laughter as the drama unfolded.
The bandied result, which provided 69,238 votes to the APC, and 1,487,075 to the PDP, was eventually read on his behalf.
