Senate President, others to Visit Jos for Ex-Senate President, John Pam Burial

Senate President, David Mark, top Federal government officials and other distinguished Nigerians are expected in Jos, the Plateau state capiatal to grace the funeral of the Second Republic Senate President, Senator John Wash Pam. The former federal lawmaker died in May, this year.
The state Commissioner for Information and Communication, Olivia Dazyam, announced this on Tuesday while briefing journalists.
“Wash Pam was a prominent son of the state, a peace ambassador, an outstanding orator and a seasoned politician who stood for truth, justice and the unity of the nation, the Commissioner recounted.
Commissioner Dazyam disclosed that Pam remains would first be deposited at Air force Military Hospital mortuary Jos, while funeral service would hold at Government House Chapel, Rayfield, Jos. The interment she added would follow on Thursday at his Foron hometown, in Barkin Ladi Local Government of Plateau.
