Ruthless Niger Delta Avengers Launch Fresh Attacks In Bayelsa
Featured, Latest Headlines, News Friday, June 3rd, 2016BALTIMORE, MD (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – The Niger Delta Avengers militants have again attacked two different oil facilities in Bayelsa State.
The group claimed Friday morning in its twitter handle that it has blown up the Ogboinbiri to Tebidaba and Clough Creek to Tebidaba crude oil pipelines in Bayelsa State.
The attack followed the first in which the militants claimed it hit Shell Petroleum Development Company ( SPDC) Forcados 48″ Exportline. According to the group’s tweet the first offensive occurred around 3.30am Friday.
The Avengers have been lately ruthless, as they have vowed to reduce the activities of oil companies to zero, by attacking and destroying their facilities.
It would be recalled the militants recently sent series of attack threat to President Muhammadu Buhari, if he attend the official launch of Ogoniland Clean-up in Rivers State..
The event held yesterday and Mr. President was represented by his Vice, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.
