Police Nab 2 more Suspects in Connection with Murder of Enugu Traditional Ruler

Our Correspondent reports that the arrest of the suspects, identified as Ogbuife Chinedu, fondly called Osama Bin Laden, and Ifeanyichukwu Eze, alias ‘Nwa nwanyi agbala’,is coming barely a week the prime suspect, Sunday Agbara was nabbed in Asaba, Delta state, by the Enugu police operatives
AFRICAN EXAMINER recalls that the Royal father was murdered in a cold blood on July 11, 2015, alongside four others when hoodlums invaded his palace.
Those who were murdered during the attack by the gunmen were identified as Mr. and Mrs. Ejike Uzor, and one Daniel Ogbu, popularly called Choco.
Two of the suspects, Bin Laden and Eze are youths from Nkerefi community and are both furniture makers.
The state police public Relations officer, PPRO, Ebere Amarizu, who disclosed this to AFRICAN EXAMINER in Enugu on Wednesday, said that Bin Laden deals on marijuana.
According to the Command Spokesman, they were arrested in a neighbouring community last Monday, where they were supposedly taking refuge after killing the Igwe.
Amarizu, said the police were making effort to track down the other suspects.
