Police in Enugu Begin Investigation Into Human Skull Buried in Uncompleted Building

The Enugu state police command says it has commenced full scale investigation into the alleged recent discovery of a human skull buried in an uncompleted building site in Nkanu west council area of the state.
According to the state police public Relations officer PPR0, Ebere Amarizu, who disclosed this to newsme in Enugu said “on 20/10/13 at about 1500hrs,information was received by the operatives of the command that one Emmanuel Chukwu of Enugu Obeagu, Amuri in Nkanu west local Government Area of Enugu state allegedly buried a skull suspected to be human skull in his building site.
“Following this, operatives moved promptly to the place where the suspect was apprehended and he assisted the operatives in the recovery of the alleged human skull.”
He disclosed that the suspect had buried the skull within the site of the ongoing building.
“After his arrest, the suspects took the police men to the particular spot where he buried the skull and exhume it. ”
“Right now, he is helping the police in their further investigation in the matter.” Amarizu said
