Police Force Resolves To Boost Diplomatic Ties For Best Performance

In a statement by the Force Spokesperson, ACP Frank Mba, the IGP noted that the Nigeria Police Force has benefited immensely from training offered by the British authorities and the UK Department for International Development (DFID) with respect to “capacity building and development, community policing and other core policing issues”.
Dr. Pocock in his remarks, said he visited to congratulate Abba on his new appointment. The Envoy declared that in view of the raging insurgency in some parts of the country, the Force did not need only continuity but an “improvement on the existing mutually beneficial relationship between his country and the Nigeria Police Force”.
