Omisore Defects To APC

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Ex-Deputy Governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore, has defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Monday.

Omisore contested in the 2018 governorship poll on the platform of the Social Democratic Party but he later went into coalition with the APC in the rerun of the September 28 rerun.

He was at his polling unit in Ward 6, Moore, Ile-Ife, in the company of the Osun State Deputy Governor, Benedict Alabi, to pick the APC membership card.
