Nyanya Fatal Blast Prime Suspect, Ogwuche Acquitted By Court

Aminu Sadiq Owguche, the notorious prime suspect of the April Nyanya twin blast, has been acquitted by an Abuja Federal High court.
The court Monday, struck out the two-count terrorism charge against the suspected terrorist, on the ground of want of diligent prosecution by the state.
Ogwuche, a suspected member of dreaded Boko Haram was said to be the arrowhead of April this year, eruption at the popular motor park in which almost 80 people died.
He allegedly fled the country, sought refuge in Sudan, where he was later extradited and faced terrorism charges.
However, the court ruled that the SSS should come up with fresh charges against the suspect
