Nollywood Producer, Afolayan Shines At Africa Magic Choice Award

By Adesye Adebiyi – Nigerian prolific movie producer and actor, Kunle Afolayan has won nine awards out of 13 categories with his October 1 movie.

The movie showcases the last event and tragedy that occurred in a particular village on the day Nigeria gained independence from the former colonial masters.

Tagged the African Magic Viewers Choice Award (AMVCA) October 1 won the best film; best Director; best sound design; best makeup; best costume; best script; best lighting design; best lead actress and best production design.
