Nigeria’s Forward Emenike Joins West Ham on Loan
Latest Headlines, Sports News Sunday, January 31st, 2016West Ham United have announced the signing of Emmanuel Emenike on loan from Fenerbahce until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old forward has 37 caps for Nigeria and West Ham have the option to make the transfer permanent in the summer. He had been on loan at Al Ain, in Abu Dhabi, since the start of the season.

“I’m very, very happy and very, very excited that I’m here,” Emenike told West Ham TV. “I have always known West Ham as a great Club. I’ve always been watching them.”
He is Slaven Bilic’s second signing of the January window after Sam Byram.
West Ham are next in Barclays Premier League action when they host Aston Villa on Tuesday, 2 Februray.
