MURIC Condoles Sultan On Bauchi’s Emir Passage

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has commiserated with the Sultan of Sokoto and President General of the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar III, on the demise of the Emir of Misau in Bauchi State, Muhammadu Manga III.
The monarch died Monday after a protracted illness at the age of 84.
MURIC in a statement issued Tuesday by its Director, Professor Ishaq Akintola, also shared the moment of grief with the Bauchi State Governor and the peace-loving people of Misau. It prayed for forgiveness of the late Emir and grant him Aljannah.
