John Stones Signs 47.5m Pounds Transfer Deal To Man City

Stones who signed a six-year deal has been named in the City’s official Champions League squad, published on the UEFA website prior to confirmation of his transfer.
In his remarks, the elated defender confessed: “It’s an ambitious club with a great Manager so I can’t wait to get stuck in”.
He added “I know it will be tough getting a place in this team, but I’m determined to become the best player I can be and help us to success.”
Everton in a statement confirmed that they had received a “record fee” for Stones, who made 95 appearances in three seasons, scoring once.
Stones transfer fee is the world’s second most expensive, trailing after another Everton’s former skillful midfielder Paul Pagbo, who was transferred to Manchester United with the sum of 89 million pounds.
Man City last year made Raheem Sterling the most expensive English player ever when he joined the club for £49m from Liverpool.
