Irate Abuja Youths Ground FCT as F.C.D.A. Demolition Squad Crush Baby to Death

A demolition squad unleashed on a section of Gwarinpa estate by the Federal Capital Development Agency (F.C.D.A.) reportedly pulled a building down on a baby this Thursday.
The mother of the child who was crushed to death by the F.C.D.A. officials also allegedly took her own life in protest.
The two tragic deaths have consequently triggered violent protests in Abuja.
The tragic death of the baby and later the mother’s protest suicide got residents angry.
As at production time, roads leading to Kubwa, Minister’s Hill are in complete gridlock. “No vehicle is moving”, said an eyewitness.
The protesting youths allegedly engaged security operatives in exchange of gun shots.
Sharpedgenews.com reports that the youths stopped shooting after popular musician, Charles Oputa (Charlie Boy) addressed the crowd and left.
