Ibrahimovic Finalizes Move To Man U This Weekend
Featured, Latest Headlines, Sports News Wednesday, June 29th, 2016BALTIMORE, MD (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is expected to complete his long-anticipated move to Manchester United by this weekend.
The 34 years old scorer has become a free agent, after leaving Paris St-Germain. He is expected to sign a one-year deal with the Old Trafford club.
Incidentally, Ibrahimovic will become the second signing for the new Man U Manager Jose Mourinho, who replaced Van Gaal in May.
In a similar development, Ivory Coast defender Eric Bailly, has already completed a 30 Million pounds move to the Red Devils from Spanish side – Villarreal.
Ibrahimovic removed the final barrier to his switch to the Premier League when he said he did not wish to be considered for Olympic duty at the 2016 Games in Rio following Sweden’s exit from Euro 2016. He was top scorer in France’s Ligue 1 last term with 38 goals but did not score as Sweden crashed out of Euro 2016 at the first round.
