Put a Nigerian in a uniform or a position of authority, and you have boosted his/her ego and turned them into a mini-god; they ignore their remit and regulations and they start abusing their powers and using it to oppress their fellow men and women. One of the reasons why democracy is failing to work in the country.
This is definitely bizarre !!!
