Heritage Bank Solicits For Online Media; Other Stakeholders’ Support

A new money market brand, Heritage Bank, has solicited for more support from the stakeholders, as it thrives to consolidate its capital base, as well as serves its customers in line with the vision of the management of the repackaged financial institution.

The Group Head, Media Relations and External Communications of the Bank, Mr. Igwe Igwe said this Wednesday, during a parley/lunch with the online publishers, held in Ikeja, Lagos.

Igwe who appreciated the persistent support of the online news websites right after the Heritage integration from the old (bridge) brand, indicated that the Bank has “old and new” histories, yet, noted that the latest brand was still growing, therefore required the support and commitment of every stakeholder, including the digital media platforms, for it to achieve the goals set by its new leadership.

The Bank’s Head of Communications appealed to the online media operators, to always exercise restraint, ensure balance; yet be professional while reporting critical issues, relating to the ‘young’ brand as well as other issues of public interest. .

While reacting to comments on the visibility and availability of the Bank’s retail outlets, Mr. Igwe recalled that with over 100 outlets across the country by the bridge brand, Heritage Bank is presently working hard to stabilize few out of the commercial centres; so as to ensure that they are properly functioning, effective and efficient alongside with the philosophy of the new management team.

The Bank’s image maker pledged to work with all stakeholders as efforts were on by its management to ensure that the brand grows and stabilizes.
