Gov Ikpeazu Inspects 34km Ndioji-Ndiokereke-Arochukwu Road, Sets December For Its Completion
Latest Headlines, News From The State Wednesday, June 3rd, 2015Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, says the 34km Ndioji-Ndiokereke-Arochukwu Road will be completed by December this year.
He gave the assurance while inspecting the progress of work on the road.
According to him, work on the road which has been stalled for sometime will recommence in the next few weeks,adding that he is passionate about the plight of Arochukwu people over bad road.
He said he was happy that 7km of the road has been asphalted with an additional 7km stonebased and commended the contractor handling the project, Master Services, for the quality job done on the road.
According to him, government aims at ensuring that people can pass through the road in the nearest future.
Conducting the Governor round, the contractor handling the project, Master Services said the road would be realized by December this year if the bridge is done simultaneously with the road.
