Former NIA Boss, Horsfall Lauds Gov. Dickson On Bayelsa Airport
Featured, Latest Headlines, News Across Nigeria, News From The State Thursday, March 21st, 2019(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Elderstatesman and pioneer chairman of the defunct Oil Minerals Producing Areas Development Commission (OMPADEC), Chief A.K Horsfall has commended Governor Henry Seriake Dickson for building the Bayelsa International Airport.
Horsfall, a former Nigerian security chief in a letter to the governor described the airport as a landmark project and a pride to the Ijaw nation.
He said the airport is perhaps one of the greatest attainments of Governor Dickson’s stewardship as governor of Bayelsa State and praised him for the vision.
The Pioneer Director General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) also prayed the ancestors of the Ijaw land to protect and bless the countryman governor and wished him success in the remaining fruitful months of his administration.
The former State Security Service boss while congratulating Bayelsans on the feat, stressed that the Ijaw nation is indeed proud of Dickson.
