Foreign Construction Worker Abducted in Plateau

The Special Task Force (STF) responsible for the maintenance of peace in Plateau State have confirmed the abduction of a foreigner working with Retro Construction Company in Langtang South Local Government of the State.

Although, his nationality is yet to be unraveled, African Examiner gathered that the foreigner was kidnapped at a beer parlour at about 8pm on Friday.

Confirming the abduction, Media Officer of the STF, Captain Ikedichi Iweha, said the incident occurred on Friday.

Captain Ikedichi Stressed that the STF had commenced intensive search for the foreigner in the area.

“We are working with other law enforcement agencies to search the area so as to yield the desired result”. He assured.
