Firstbank Restates Commitment To Entertainment Industry

This sponsorship is in line with the Banks initiatives to drive perception change, grow brand affinity among the youth and the upwardly mobile segment with great support for capacity building in the creative and performing arts industry. This year’s edition with the theme “Buying and Selling Nigerian Entertainment… and everything in-between” is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2014, at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos
The conference will attract sensational leaders and members of the entertainment industry in Nigeria to a learning and development session where Nigerian artistes and stakeholders will be exposed to leading practices in the industry in partnership with corporate organisations. In addition, the conference will study, acknowledge and adapt global trado-digital business practices to promote industry’s growth for a more profitable economy’ establish new thinking and discuss thought provoking issues that will resonate within the entertainment industry.

According to the GMD/CEO, FirstBank, Bisi Onasanya, FirstBank’s sponsorship of the conference accentuates the Bank’s, and indeed, the FBNHoldings Group’s position to drive enterprise in the Nigerian economy and promote the development of a creative and performing arts industry.
