Already, accusations and counter accusations from the two leading political parties – the ruling APC and opposition PDP have been made, over electoral malpractices.
The PDP alleged that APC has already prepared poll results of the nine local Councils.

Sequel to the exercise, people and vehicular movement have been suspended till 3pm today – when the voting officially ends.

In a radio interview monitored by AFRICAN EXAMINER, Ayorinde affirmed that Mr. Ambode was not in Edo, but outside the country.
The response followed allegation raised by the PDP Governorship candidate, Pastor Eze Iyamu that both Gov Ambode and his Kaduna State counterpart Nasiru el-Rufai were in the State.
