Dino Melaye Picks APC Senatorial Ticket In Kogi

Oyewale Oyelola – Former member of House of Representatives, Hon Dino Melaye has emerged as APC senatorial candidate for Kogi West.
Melaye polled 2,077 votes to defeat his opponent, Bidemi Adeyemi who got 326 votes in the primary held on Monday.
He will face journalist turned politician, Smart Adeyemi of Peoples Democratic Party in 2015 national assembly election slated for February 14, 2015.
Melaye was in the lower chamber from 2007-2011.
