Despite Kanu’s Incarceration, Radio Biafra Resumes Full Transmission

Despite the incarceration of its Director, Nnamdi Kanu, outlawed Radio Biafra is fully back on air, AFRICAN EXAMINER can confirm.
The radio is currently transmitting on 11600 khz at 25 meter band.
It would be recalled the nation’s broadcasting regulatory body, the Nigeria Broadcasting Commission (NBC), had tried severally to disrupt the illegal radio transmission, but to no avail.
NBC has argued that the radio was not licensed to transmit to the Nigerian listeners.
The controversial Radio station has allegedly been airing inciting news capable of pitching the people, especially of the South East extraction against the Federal Government, prompting the arrest, detention and prosecution of its Director, Kanu.
