Newly sworn-in Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo said on Saturday, while addressing congregation at the Inaugural Service and National Thanks Giving ceremonies, held in Abuja.
“I thanked God to have chosen President Muhammadu Buhari who had attempted to be elected three times but lost”, Professor Osinbajo recalled.
Despite the loss, the Vice President stated he was convinced that the delay was to set things right in d country.
Professor Osinbajo expressed gratitude to God to have chosen him as President Buhari’s Vice, asserting that the development was destined for him (Buhari) to fulfill his good plan and agenda for the country.
He pledged to commit himself to the task at hands, so as to achieve the set purpose and goals.
