Buhari Swears-in Ojudu, Uwais, Others As Special Advisers

ABUJA, NIGERIA (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in additional aides and deployed them into various offices.
The administration of oath of office was presided over Wednesday by Mr. President and witnessed by Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo; Ministers; some Presidential aides and family members of the political appointees.
The brief ceremony held before the commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council Meeting (FEC).
The appointees who took oath of office included former Senator Babafemi Ojudu (SA) on Political Matters; Dr. Adeyemi Dipeolu (Economic Matters); Mr. Tijani Abdullahi (Planning); Mrs. Maryam Uwais; (Social Investment) and Ambassador Rafiu Enikanolaye appointed as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Senator Ojodu, Dr. Dipeolu and Mrs. Uwais were designated to the office of VP while Mr. Abdullahi and Amb. Enikanolaye were deployed to the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
