Buhari Returns Home After 2 Weeks In London
Featured, Latest Headlines, Nigeria 2015 Election Friday, March 6th, 2015From Ganiyu Nasirudeen – After about two weeks of trip to London, United Kingdom, the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari (rted) Friday returned to the country.
While in London, Gen Buhari, in company of other APC Chieftains, including the Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosu and former Kwara State Governor, Senator Bukola Saraki had a meeting session with the former UK Prime Minister, Mr. Tony Blair.
Among other schedule, General Buhari also delivered a lecture last Thursday on: “Prospects for Democratic Consolidation in Africa: Nigeria’s Transition” at Chatham House, London.
The General affirmed last week that his appearance at the Chatham House has demystified the speculations by PDP supporters that he traveled due to illness and medical attention.
