President Mohammadu Buhari has presented N6.08trn 2016 budget proposal to the joint session of the National Assembly even as he promised that the ongoing fuel scarcity will be soon be a thing of the past.
In the budget proposal, Buhari earmarked N396bn to education, ministry of health got N296bn while Defence received N294bn.
