Bribery: Justice Ofili-Ajumogobia Trial Resumes in Lagos

IKEJA, LAGOS, NIGERIA (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – The trial of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia of a Federal High Court, over alleged bribery has commenced in a Lagos High Court Ikeja.

Justice Ofili-Ajumogobia who is being arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is standing trial before Justice T. Oshodi, is charged alongside Chief Godwin Obia (SAN).

The accused judge was ordered to enter the dock when the hearing on the matter resumed Monday.
