BREAKING: Sunday Igboho’s House On Fire In Ibadan
African News, Featured, Latest Headlines, News, News Across Nigeria, News From The State Tuesday, January 26th, 2021(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – A house belonging to Yoruba rights activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo a.k.a Sunday Igboho in Soka, Ibadan has reportedly been razed by suspected arsonists.
The fire began around 3:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
The incident occurs days after Mr Igboho led his followers and aggrieved residents to Igangan in Ibarapa area of Oyo State to eject the Fulani leader of Igangan, Salihu Abdukadir.
He accused the Fulani leader of harbouring criminal herders who were kidnapping and killing residents of the community.
Our correspondent reports that the cause of the fire is unknown at the time of filing this report.
