The Senate has finally passed the 2016 Appropriation Bill into law.
The passage of the budget comes months after the padding drama that followed the budget after the budget was presented to the joint session of the national assembly by president Mohammadu Buhari.
The two chambers of the National Assembly had laid the 2016 Budget on Tuesday morning.
It is expected that the House of Representatives will equally pass the budget as soon as possible before sending it to the president for his signature.
