BREAKING NEWS: Jonathan Appoints Justice Kutigi As Chairman of National CONFAB

President Goodluck Jonathan has appointed Honourable Justice Legbo Kutigi (rtd) as the Chairman of the National Conference while Prof Bolaji Akinyemi will serve as the Vice Chairman.

Dr (Mrs) Nanadi Azenge is appointed as the Secretary of the Conference.

A statement issued by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation Anyim Pius Anyim reads in full:

His Excellency, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, has approved the appointment of the Leadership of the National Conference as follows:

(i) Honourable Justice Idris Lebo Kutigi – Chairman

(ii) Prof. Bolaji Akinyemi – Vice Chairman

(iii) Dr. (Mrs.) Valerie Azinge – Secretary

2. The appointees are to resume at Abuja on Wednesday, 5^th March, 2014 and would be received on arrival by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
