BREAKING – Another Explosion Hits Kano Motor Park
Featured, Latest Headlines, News Thursday, July 24th, 2014Barely 24 hours after the twin bomb blast in Kaduna metropolis on Wednesday which recorded over 50 causality, another eruption has been recorded in a Kano expansive motor park.
The blast which occurred at the Sabo Gari Motor Park according to a source revealed that initial death toll was estimated at 15 and said it was targeted at the outside Kano city bound travelers.
African Examiner reporter was told by the operators in the park who escaped the explosion that the improvised explosives item was kept inside a refrigerator and was triggered off close to a luxurious bus belonging to one of the transport lines that operate in the park.
The popular park recorded similar explosion about two years ago, where many lives were lost.

Meanwhile, African Examiner gathered from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Kaduna’s office that the death toll of Wednesday twin blasts has risen to 111.
