BREAKING: Factional NFF Congresses Ongoing In Abuja

Two factions of the NFF Congresses are ongoing in Abuja.
While one faction is led by its President, Amaju Pinnick, the other one is being presided over Chris Giwa who was adjudged last Thursday, by a Jos High Court as the duly elected NFF head.
Wednesday’s Congress is at the instance of the world football governing body FIFA’s last weekend letter, which threatened another ban, if Nigeria failed to put its house in order.
Giwa’s court ruling is considered as a backdoor victory as pundits faulted the election which produced him, as the Leader of Nigerian Glass House.
The parallel Chairman has vowed to take on with the leadership of NFF, despite the intention by Pinnick to appeal the controversial ruling.
Presently, NFF staffers are confused as to which of the two factions of the EXCO to serve and work with.
