Breaking: After 5 Years of Terrorism, Boko Haram Militants Agree To Cease Fire

After five years of insurgency in the North Eastern part and other parts of the country, dreaded Boko Haram militants group has finally decided to sheath its swords.

Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh, confirmed this Friday. He hinted the militants have signed ceasefire with the Government.

Consequent upon this, the Defence Chief, Badeh, has directed all field officers to abide by the ceasefire.

AFRICAN EXAMINER reported earlier today that the government and Boko Haram representatives were meeting in Saudi Arabia kingdom on negotiations among of which is freedom to the kidnapped girls and cease fire.
