Billionaire Kidnapper, Evans Reverses Self, Pleads Not Guilty

LAGOS, NIGERIA (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Suspected notorious billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike popular called Evans has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him in the court.

Evans who was arrested June 20, 2017 in his Magodo mansion Thursday curiously changed his previous guilty plea to two counts of conspiracy and kidnapping to “not guilty.”

Evans plea for reversal was made before a Lagos High Court judge, Justice Hakeem Oshodi.

The alleged offences against Evans were attempts to commit felony under Section 411 of the Lagos State Criminal Laws and kidnapping.

Prosecutors alleged that Evans’s offences were committed on February 14, 2017.
