Bayelsa Gov Poll: Rep Endorses Dickson, Says He Has Done Well

Douye Diri has expressed satisfaction with the developmental efforts of the Restoration Government and the leadership style of Governor Henry Seriake Dickson.
Diri stated this, in an interview with journalists in Abuja, called on all well meaning Bayelsans, especially the people of Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area to support the second tenure project of the Governor Dickson.
He noted with satisfaction, the numerous projects, undertaken by the restoration administration in the area, especially the manifestation of the Boro Town project, which has been on the drawing board for over three decades, the construction an access road and the siting of some in the new Town.
The Federal lawmaker also described the building of a permanent NYSC orientation camp and Youth Development Centre as well as the return and reburial of the remains of their heroic son, Late Major Jasper Isaac Adaka Boro, as landmark achievements of the restoration government under Hon. Dickson.
In their separate remarks, the member representing Kolokuma/Opokuma constituency I and Chief Whip in the State House of Assembly, Hon. Tonye Isenah, the Chairman of the Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Council, Hon. Iselema Gbanrabiri and a PDP stalwart in the area, Mr. Ekpein Appah, all extolled the Governor Dickson for doing so much for the people of the area and called on all sons and daughters of the area, who mean well for the people to rally round the Governor and ensure that, he is re-elected to continue with the good job, stressing that, one good term deserves another.
