Pentecostal Pastor Accused Of Raping 2 Under-Age Sisters

The police in Imo state on Friday arrested one Pastor Osinachi Ejike, of Faith Ministry, Awaka Ebgu, Owerri North council area of Imo state, for allegedly defiling two under-aged sisters.

The shocking news, our correspondent gathered, has thrown members of the church into confusion, as some of them were seen discussing the matter in groups on Friday in the community.

African Examiner learnt that the accused pastor sexually abused the two girls (names withheld) aged nine and seven on different occasions in Awaka Egbu, where the he resides.

The atrocity our correspondent further gathered, was exposed when one of the victims and nine year-old primary school pupil was accosted by her parents upon noticing some blood stains on her cloth.

During the interrogation, the little girl pointed accusing fingers at Pastor Ejike, to the shock of her parents, who upon further investigation discovered that their seven year-old younger daughter was also a victim of the pastor’s abuse.

The Mbaise-born Pastor, according to the children, had been using several methods to have carnal knowledge of the girls’ private parts, which resulted to injuries.

The revelation prompted the parents to confront the pastor, a development that attracted the people from the neighborhood to adjudicate on the matter.

This is even as family sources disclosed that doctor’s report obtained by the parents from the Federal Medical Centre Owerri indicated rape.
