Armed Man Shot Outside White House
Latest Headlines, World News Saturday, May 21st, 2016BALTIMORE, MD (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Following threat to security, the Secret Service has shot an armed man outside the White House.
US officials confirmed the development Friday. The Police explained that a man was spot, brandishing a weapon at a security checkpoint near the building, after which he was shot in stomach.
After the shooting, the White House was briefly placed on lock down after the shooting. While President Barack Obama was golfing in Maryland occurred, Vice President Joe Biden was in the White House at the time the incident occurred.
The victim with critical injuries according to officials was subsequently transported to hospital.
