Akeredolu Dissolves Cabinet

Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State stated that the State Executive Council has been dissolved and a new one would be inaugurated February 24 which will be the beginning of his second term as governor of the state.
Akeredolu disclosed this at the valedictory meeting of the council in Akure saying that the outgoing cabinet members had been very supportive for almost four years.
According to him, the members had worked together as a team putting the interest of the state first throughout their services to the state.
Earlier, in their valedictory statements, Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Donald Ojogo, stated that Akeredolu is a father figure who is a man of his words.
applauded the governor for the opportunity to serve the state saying that his leadership was based on truth and courage.
Also, Kolawole Babatunde, the Special Assistant to the governor on Rural and Community Development, applauded the courage and righteousness of the governor.
Babatunde stated that the governor is a rare leader who believes strongly in people-oriented projects.
