Airstrikes Kill Shekau’s Wife in Borno, Says Nigeria Airforce

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – The Nigerian Airforce NAF Wednesday claimed that the wife of Boko Haram terrorists’ leader, Abubakar Shekau, Mallama Fitdasi, had been killed in airstrikes by its personnel on a hideout in Durwawa area, Borno State.
NAF Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Olatokunbo Adesanya, confirmed the strike.
Reports say the bombed area was sited in the Konduga Local Government Area of the North East State.
