Abducted Former Minister, Anisulowo Regains Freedom

OGUN, NIGERIA (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – The abducted former Minister of State for Education, Mrs Iyabo Anisulowo has been released.
The former Senator regained her freedom Tuesday around 7pm.
The combined team of RRS, Ogun State Policemen and Military carried out the rescue operation.
Ogun State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Dayo Adeneye made the confirmation Wednesday morning on a live radio (RC) programme, in Lagos monitored by AFRICAN EXAMINER.
Adeneye thanked the Ogun, Lagos and Kwara Police Commands for their spirited efforts in the prompt and safe rescue of the former opposition PDP Chieftain.
Mrs Anisulowo was abducted last Saturday while returning home from her farm.
